Hello everyone,
We consume food, food is cooked using utensils and utensils are made of different metals or alloys. One utensil is Kadai which is used mostly to cook vegetables.
During old days, people used to use black coloured, thick kadai which were made of cast iron. In local language people used to call as 'loha ka kadai'. So this loha is the cast iron.
With time, people started using Aluminium utensils and still most people use it. Now we have other choices like triply kadai. Which is a sandwitched kadai of two layers of steel and inside layer of aluminium. Why this is done so? To know this watch this video.
